Is browsing free?
Yes. You can browse and explore services for free without an account.
Can I message someone before booking?
Yes. You can ask questions, confirm details, and request custom packages directly through the platform before paying.
How do I know who to trust?
Profiles include portfolios, real reviews from past bookings, ratings, clear pricing, and booking history.
What happens if someone cancels?
Every booking includes a clear cancellation policy listed upfront. If something goes wrong, our support team can step in to help.
How do payments work?
Payments are processed securely through SideHustlrs and held until the event is complete, so both sides are protected.
Who can join as a side hustler?
Photographers, videographers, content creators, DJs, food vendors, entertainers, and other event-service providers.
Do I need a business license?
Requirements vary by service type and location, especially for food vendors. We'll guide you through what's needed during onboarding.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. You set your own pricing, packages, and availability. We never set rates for you.
How do I get booked?
Build a strong profile, upload quality work, add clear packages, respond quickly to requests, and collect reviews. The platform handles discovery.
Can I start for free?
Yes. The Free plan lets you create a profile, list services, and accept bookings. You only pay a small fee when you actually get paid.
When do I get paid?
Funds release after your event is complete and confirmed. Most payouts land in your account within 1–3 business days.
