Acceptance of terms

By accessing SideHustlrs or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

These Terms apply to everyone using the platform, people planning events ("buyers") and people listing services ("side hustlers").

Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account. Keep your password secure, give us accurate information, and update it when things change. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

The marketplace

SideHustlrs is a marketplace that connects buyers with side hustlers providing event services. We are not a party to any agreement between a buyer and a side hustler. We don't perform the services ourselves and we don't guarantee the quality of any specific booking.

We work hard to verify profiles and keep bad actors off the platform, but you're responsible for evaluating who you book and for the agreements you make with them.

Bookings and payments

When booking opens, payments will be processed through our payment partner. Funds for a confirmed booking are held until the event is complete, then released to the side hustler, minus our service fee.

Cancellation and refund policies will be detailed at checkout. By making a booking, you agree to the policy shown at that time.

Content you post

You own the content you post, your photos, videos, bio, reviews, and messages. By posting it, you give SideHustlrs a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it on the platform.

Don't post anything illegal, infringing, abusive, or misleading. We may remove content or accounts that violate these rules.

Acceptable use

You agree to use SideHustlrs honestly and respectfully. The following are not allowed:

• Misrepresenting yourself, your business, or your work
• Soliciting buyers to take bookings off-platform to avoid fees
• Posting fake reviews or manipulating ratings
• Harassment, hate speech, or threats toward any user
• Scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with the platform
• Using the service for anything illegal

Fees

SideHustlrs charges a service fee on completed bookings. The exact fee will be shown clearly before you confirm any booking and on the pricing page. We may change our fees, but we'll give reasonable notice before changes take effect.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, SideHustlrs disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any booking made through it.

Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, in that case, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, that we believe poses a risk to the community, or that has been inactive for an extended period.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Fresno County, California.
